Cancellation Policy

Review the cancellation and refund policies for MCTINA field training, tuition, and contributions.

For field training only:

100%: Cancellation with 30 days or more from training date
50%: Cancellation 15-29 days from training date
0%: Cancellation less than 14 days from training date

Pre-paid tuition:
Training credit good for two years. Credit becomes a tax-deductible contribution if not used by the 2nd training period after purchase.

Online support:
Tax-deductible and not subject to refund

Donations and Contributions:
Tax-deductible and not subject to refund
